Really more than one word I must say about this stand. Not the lightest or smallest stand but for the price I’m gonna buy three or four more! Weight really wasn’t an issue with me and the fact that this thing can hold 16 lbs is really a big plus for me. 13 feet is all I will need for now when I shoot portraits and action shots but when I upgrade I definitely will not get rid of these stands..they will become my backups. A fine product by a great company!

I purchased this light stand less than a year ago. When it worked, it was amazing: smooth and seamless motion during height adjustments. Unfortunately, a couple weeks ago, I noticed that the top tube was met with a lot of friction when I was trying to adjust it – this made it very difficult to operate the stand. I took the top tube apart and noticed that one of the bearings have cracked and separated into two pieces. I have contacted customer service 10 days ago through email with photos of the failure but have yet to hear back. I have also talked to Jennie from Inspirion on the phone about this but she told me to send them an email again… I did 6 days ago and still no word. Currently I’m unimpressed with the lack of communication.
